Job title: Receptionist/Customer Care Representative

Location: Isheri Berger, Lagos State.

Job Duties: 

▪ Ensure and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office equipments and environment.

▪ Communicate with target audiences, build and develop customer relationships

▪ Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

▪ Respond to customer complaints and enquiries

▪ Maintain high-level client interface and assist the Manager

Job Requirements

▪ Minimum of HND in any field

▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

▪ Previous knowledge as a front-desk agent or related hospitality experience

▪ High level of professionalism

▪ Must be amiable and courteous

▪ Must be fluent in English and Yoruba

▪ Must be able to effectively use the social media

▪ Must have ability to write articles and salescopy.

▪ Proximity to work for applicants is very important
